CANCELLATION POLICYBy booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies and terms. These policies allow us to provide a seamless experience for all clients while respecting the time, availability and resources required to provide quality services.
BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT DETAILS
A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total service price, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your appointment.
By booking an appointment, you authorise us to securely store your card details on file. These details may be used to process applicable cancellation fees, late cancellation fees, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
If you choose not to provide card details, any outstanding fees must be paid in full before booking future appointments.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that circumstances can change; however, appointments are reserved especially for you and late changes impact our ability to offer appointments to other clients.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours' notice will have the booking fee transferred to your next appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via the phone number provided or Instagram DM. Automated confirmation messages cannot be used to make appointment changes.
NO SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service price, which may be processed using the card held on file.
Any outstanding no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments requiring full payment upfront.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We recommend allowing additional time for parking and any unexpected delays.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your full service within the remaining appointment time. Depending on availability, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or removal of nail art/add-ons while the full service fee remains payable.
GUEST POLICY
To maintain a relaxing and comfortable environment for all clients, we kindly ask that additional guests and children do not attend appointments unless discussed and approved prior to your appointment.
NAIL ARTIST AVAILABILITY
While we do our best to accommodate requests for a specific nail artist, appointments may occasionally need to be adjusted due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your chosen nail artist is unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment with your preferred artist or offer an appointment with another available artist where suitable.
We cannot guarantee availability on your preferred date or time.
ILLNESS & APPOINTMENT CHANGES
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation fees may still apply if insufficient notice is provided.
If your nail artist is unable to attend due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and endeavour to reschedule your appointment or provide an alternative option where available.
PRICING
Prices may vary depending on the length, shape, condition of your natural nails, removal requirements, and complexity of nail art.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that service prices may increase periodically.
REPAIRS & SERVICE SATISFACTION
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please communicate any concerns during your appointment so we can address them immediately.
Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of your appointment for issues relating to the application of the service.
To request a repair, please send clear photos via Instagram DM within 7 days of your appointment.
Repairs do not cover damage caused by:
* Picking, peeling or biting nails
* Using nails as tools
* Accidental damage or impact
* Normal wear and tear
* Failure to follow recommended aftercare
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
NAIL HEALTH & SAFETY
Your nail health and safety are our priority. Please advise us before your appointment if you have any concerns including:
* Allergies or sensitivities
* Damaged, broken or compromised nails
* Signs of infection, fungus or other nail conditions
* Any previous reactions to nail products
We reserve the right to refuse, modify or postpone a service if we believe it may compromise your health, safety or the integrity of your natural nails.
AFTERCARE
To maintain healthy nails and maximise retention, we recommend:
* Applying cuticle oil daily to keep nails hydrated.
* Wearing gloves when exposed to excessive water, cleaning products or chemicals.
* Avoiding using your nails as tools.
* Avoiding picking, peeling or fidgeting with enhancements.
Damage caused by improper aftercare, picking, trauma or misuse is not the responsibility of the salon.
Regular maintenance appointments and proper aftercare are essential for maintaining healthy, long-lasting nails.
PHOTOS & CONTENT
By booking an appointment, you provide permission for photos and videos of your nails to be taken and used for marketing purposes, including social media, website content and promotional material.
If you do not wish for photos or videos to be used, please let us know before your appointment.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via EFTPOS, card or other available payment methods.
All services are non-refundable.
